First Time Customers

When you phone CTS for the first time, we will take a few moments to set you up as a client. For quickest service, have your customer number, item numbers and credit card number ready each time you place an order.

We only sell products to commercial tanning salons. We will ask for your state license or employer/tax ID#, which we will verify and keep on file.

Payment options: Credit card, Debit card, Debit’n’Save (ACH), bank check or prepay by mailing in a business check or money order.

We recommend paying by ACH.

You will receive a comment card with every order you place. It's postage paid so drop it in any U.S. mailbox when complete. Your comments and suggestions truly impact the way we do business!

Methods of Payment

We accept: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and ACH by phone. Please have credit card and billing address available when placing an order. All online orders must be paid with a credit card at the time of purchase. Second party credit cards are not accepted. Furniture orders over $200.00 and special orders must be prepaid.

Debit‘n’Save

Payment can now be made directly from your checking account via ACH for a $2.50 fee. This payment option is valid for all phone, mail or fax orders.

Sales Tax

In states where tng worldwide has presence, applicable sales tax will be charged. Customers must acknowledge which items are for resale (non-taxable) at the time the order is placed. A current exemption certificate must be on file.

Missing Items

Claims for missing items must be received within 3 days from receipt of order.

Special Orders

If you are interested in a product or certain size of product that you don't see, please ask when placing your order. We will attempt to get the item for you. All special orders must be pre-paid at the time the order is placed.

Returns

If any product is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within 30 days for a full credit or refund of purchase price with no hassles. Product must be returned in its original shipping container. Please allow 10 business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return. A 20% restocking charge may be applicable on certain furniture and equipment items. This fee may be increased on items that are either damaged or used. Incomplete displays and partial kits are subject to restocking fees. Credit issued only for merchandise returned. For items shipped UPS or FedEx, complete the Pre-Authorized Return Form on your invoice, enclose it with your merchandise to be returned and ship. For all other delivery methods, please call 1-800-528-5463 for instructions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned goods and exchanges. If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipping via ground service.

All tanning equipment must be returned within 30 days. May be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Special orders are not returnable.

No returns accepted after 30 days. Manufacturer warranty still applies.

Backorders

At times products may need to be back- ordered. When the total of back ordered items is $50.00 or more per item number, we will ship your complete back order to you as soon as possible, and we will pay all shipping fees (furniture and equipment excluded). Back orders are not available on orders shipping via air outside the Continental U.S. We will contact you within 14 days if the item has not arrived for shipment.

Damages

Do not sign for shipments until you have thoroughly inspected for damage. Visible damages to cartons must be noted on the freight bill. We can not be responsible for shipments that are not signed for as damaged. Do not dispose of the box or packaging material until item has been fully inspected for damages or defects. Reports for visible or concealed damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt to 1-800-528-5463.

Freight Delivery Guidelines

Place your order by 5:00 pm EST and it will ship that day. We will give you an estimate of the number of days it will take to reach you. Shipping times for special orders and items drop-shipped will vary. Items ordered together may be delivered separately, so please wait one additional day before calling concerning shortages.

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is used for orders sent to APO, FPO, and P.O. Box addresses, and U.S. possessions. Please allow up to 30 days for orders sent to APO and FPO addresses.

We can not ship orders containing flammable products or aerosols via USPS Priority Mail. Orders with flammable products or aerosols to foreign destinations are shipped via FedEx. FedEx can not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Freight charges cover tailgate delivery to a commercial address only.

Tailgate Delivery means that the truck will pull up in front of the salon and open the back of the truck up. The client is responsible for taking their shipment off the truck and carrying it inside.

The following services are available for an additional fee:

Delivery Notification - $10

  • The freight company will call client and schedule a time for delivery.

Lift Gate Service - $150

  • The freight company will bring a truck with a lift gate.
  • Truck driver will NOT carry the item into the salon.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to carry the item inside.

Inside Delivery - $50

  • Truck driver will HELP carry the item inside.
  • Inside delivery does NOT include carrying the item up stairs. (This service is NOT available.)
  • If the client does not have a loading dock they must pay for Lift Gate Service in addition to Inside Delivery.

Residential Delivery - $50

  • Used if the client is having item delivered to their home or a home-based salon.

Due to the nature of the type of products we ship, we insure all packages. We will replace all items that arrive damaged immediately at no cost. We may ask for an inspection on damaged orders. An additional $3.00 will be added by UPS for residential shipping. Items with freight charges for additional items in parentheses are charged that cost.

Refused Packages

All refused packages are subject to a $25.00 fee, with the exception of packages delivered via common carrier (truck/freight) in which actual freight charges are applicable.

We provide free Material Safety Data Sheets for all products currently stocked in your business that were purchased from CTS. To request a MSDS, please call 1-800-528-5463.

Diversion

We routinely monitor all orders placed. Unusual quantities or frequent orders of certain products will be held for verification.
